Xbox live in Colombia, South America is pulling a scam where they have only made The Legendary and Collectors Edition available, keeping just the standard expansion unavailable for purchase. My best guess is they want to make bank forcing players to re buy everything instead of just TTK content. Allot of us are very disappointed as we were really hoping to get in on the new content yesterday but aren't eager to just give cash away for something we already own...
