No kings fall raid day one?!
Dear bungie,
I'm sure many will agree when I say this decision paired with your decision to lock most content until the completion of the raid makes the release date for the expansion pretty much worthless!

Okay for clarification, most people seem to agree that in the update they mean completion of the story will open up end game content. Fine I'll go along with that, but they are vague, so that's not 100% guaranteed.
Secondly, VoG coming out a week after launch is not a valid argument, back then it took 27 levels and getting lucky with gear to get in. That's not an issue anymore, there's plenty of ways to get ready.
Third, by me saying "day one" I do not mean I am going to go thru it day one, but when I am.ready and geared I want the option, giving us the "it will be hot on the heels of launch" does not mean it will be a week Luke most think, again it's vague it could be a month for all we know. Normal mode should be an option at launch, with Hard mode being "Hot on the heels"
Fourth, now this is a personal statement you can skip and hate monger below idc. For me I am not going to have the time to invest like most will anymore. I love this game and never really complain about the changes or lack of this or that. I find things to do, I play more than most and don't get bored. But I now work 7 days a week, and just started college today. So my time is very limited. I wanted to be able to enjoy it 5o it'd fullest that first week, I used my last 2 vacation days to play, and they just dropped this on us 2 weeks prior to it coming out. So now I am stuck with those days. Now my experience will
Be diminished by everyone knowing how to do everything. I wanted to be able to take a day and explore it with my friends and won't b3 able to have that chunk of time to do so like so many others.
So sorry for the skepticism, and the uproar caused. But for me this decision has me pissed off.

I'll just put this here buddy Cannot believe that people want the raid to come out later to extend the content. Are you serious? You cannot control yourself? I will help you extend your content. For Free 1. Make sure you cash in all bounties before launch. You don't want to rank up to soon buddy. 2. Turn in all daily event packages before launch! Hell yes (Refer to 1.) 3. When you complete a story or quest, quit before you get the rewards! Twice the content if you ask me. 4. Delete those focused lights you've been gathering up! Don't be a sweaty try hard. Send those codes to my gamertag. I will dispose of them for you. 5. Delete all of your characters and start over!Can you imagine the fun you will have completing everything again with the new ghost voice. Holy crap! The game time you will put in. 6. 2 RepliesFirst off, the endgame content is unlocked by completion of the STORY, not the Raid. Second, did you expect that after [i]every Raid in Destiny[/i] was delayed a bit after their respective releases, this one would be different? Really?

5 RepliesHey man, they are doing the same thing with the VoG and CE. They weren't released on launch ,. They are not with holding content from you either. They have a plan in place, so just be patient till we know the full plan ok?

It's called [b]endgame[/b] content for a reason. Day one shouldn't be endgame. While sure in HOW that was the case, it wasn't really the best thing. Plus with a bunch of new content being added, it'll be nice not to feel rushed. Edit: The [b]good[/b] raid had a delayed release. Also normal crota was level 30, which was the vanilla level cap.

2 RepliesWhere have you been when destiny launched last year? Under a rock or something? VoG was released 2 weeks after destiny launched. So ppl could lvl up and get geared up. Same will be with kings fall. So we dont have to haste through all the content to just do the raid. We get time to. Explore and see all awesome stuff that ttk has to offer.

It isn't that big of a deal, you won't be level 40 on day one unless you stack up on public event packages/IB bounties.

You really are clueless. The endgame content is locked until you" survive Oryx's wrath". Nowhere did that state the raid. It means we will need to complete all the story missions before unlocking the content.
