It depends. I've seen blink users dodge all supers multiple times. And I've seen blink users dodge Gally and Truth rockets as well. It's just some players experiences with blink encounter so are different from others. I know how to deal with blink some in good with it. It's the blink shotgun mechanics that get under players skin the most in my opinion.

Yep. And no surprise on dodging locking rockets. But usually we can't blink out of a rocket with full blast radius hitting near us.
