What has been your worst fail?
For me, it would be killing myself with a rocket.

Trying to be a hero when heavy is coming and go to super the enemy team before they take it and I miss every single person and take a rocket to the face

One time on pantheon I destroyed everyone camping on heavy near that ledge w nova bomb and went to get the heavy and fell of the edge right un front of all thier dead ghosts

Sweet sparrow jumping in Earth. Good jump up ahead. I'm on a building & will land on a ledge close to a cliff-edge. Made the jump.... But my guardian decided to have a heart-attack I guess.

I was running Relic on Atheon. When coming out of the portal I over jumped the middle platform and fell to my death, thereby banishing my team to be lost in the dark corners of time. [spoiler]I may have done it more than once[/spoiler]

run relic on Atheon, all goes well until times vengeance, run out of the portal to the center platform like normal. For some odd reason I went the wrong way that time so guess what? I ended up sprinting right into Atheon complete with supplicants. I immediately turn around and try to jump to center platform. I jumped too early so it ended up my double jump ran out and I began to fall off the ledge. To prevent a wipe I kept mashing the weak melee to slow down the time of my fall until the next teleport happened. Oh the tears

When I first tried soloing Crota, I for the life of me, couldn't figure out why I was dying Turns out, you can shoot the sword with a rocket and kill yourself with it... Did that about 10+ times and didn't notice until I looked it up. I felt like my brain had been removed for the 2+ hours I had been trying.
