Most Balanced FPS?
I'm just curious to know what the community thinks the most balanced FPS is. I personally think TF2 is with all of the different classes and weapons. Feel free to add any good FPS I missed down in the comments.

You left out the last Unreal tournament. Was lightning fast, powerups scattered throughout the map. This and bf bad company kept me going for long nights.

A Balanced game is a game that just provides an arena to play in without trying to make the game give one person or team an advantage over another. Which has basically been happening in EVERY SINGLE FPS ... since Doom. Counter strike? No. Why? Because best out of 7 rounds. Winner of each round make more money than the losers of each round.. making each following round even easier for the winners. Why even put in rounds at all? Except to continually keep putting one team at a disadvantage.... nope. UNBALANCED AS -blam!-! Titanfall? No. Why? Because Smart Pistol. If you need it explained to you.. You're a -blam!-ing idiot. Battlefield? No. Why? Because too many -blam!-ing vehicles. Halo? No Why? Because power weapon spawns. Once a team gets a foothold and control of the power weapons and start camping them, it's difficult for the other team to turn it around. Which makes Halo more of a game of the first 30 seconds.... There hasn't been a single truly balanced FPS ever made in the history of gaming. Each one of them has their own stupid way of trying to influence the match in favor of one team over the other. When the game should be staying the -blam!- out of it and let the players dictate the flow of the game instead of shit like killstreaks or power weapons, etc. When you only have 1 rocket on the field. And the first person to get to it get a major advantage because they have control of that weapon. THAT IS NOT A BALANCED GAME! I don't care how you justify it. Reality says otherwise. IF you kill me with that rocket. and I spawn back in with a weapon completely incapable of competing against your power weapon. You are no longer winning me because you are more skillful than I am. You are winning because the game devolved into who has the power weapon. If there is any game that might possibly take the crown of being a balanced FPS. IT would probably be Shootmania. The same guys who make Trackmania. You know why? Because it only has 1 weapon. Everyone truly is on equal grounds. In that case. There is one more game out there that can call itself balanced. Robot Roller-derby Disco Dodgeball, but only if you disable the power-ups.

From just the Beta, Halo 5 is feeling very balanced. I was able to dominate with all the weapons, even the underrated Assault Rifle.

TF2 Balanced loot drops. And loot you get doesn't give you that much of an advantage. It is usually dismantled and worked towards hats. No broken class or weapons. No item is broken which everyone uses. Fun gameplay.
