Everyone who is bitching at him went full retard. The ram is OBVIOUSLY op. No other exotic will ever take its place in a pvp match for a warlock. When no.other exotic can compete with it, there is something wrong with it. Its banned in sweaty play for a reason noobs.

I havnt used my ram helmet ever. Much prefer voidfang vestment for sunsinger or nothing manicles for voidwalker

While the ram is the #1 choice for inexperienced players, a well placed nothing manacles scatter grenade can kill an entire team, I've done it, and you get two of them...

I disagree with the ram being banned in sweaties, that is like saying everyone must have the lowest armor.

Umm you can disagree all you want. It IS banned. It depends on who you watch and what rules they agree on. The point is it is above and beyond any other piece of exotic armor that Warlocks can use. If your a warlock with a ram and your not using it in pvp then your dumb. That's like using fusion grenades instead of Firebolt with Viking funeral and touch of flame.

Didn't say a word about all three, 2 is all you need and ram is great. But flat out saying it's better in every situation is just lacks creativity.

Yes this is true, again depending on the agreed upon rules. If you guys can't see how op the ram is then there is something wrong with yiur brain. It lowers the effectiveness of golden gun. It allows someone to not be 2 shot by thorn. They are borderline invincible when using radiance. No one has yet to awnser me what exotic they would use over the ram, regardless of voidwalker or sunsinger.

How about nothing manacles, claws of ahamkara, heart of praxic fire, void fang vestments, purifier robes and occasionally skull of ahamkara

Yeah because when I see those I get nervous. When you play trials what's the first thing you look for on a warlock? Ram and if they are running Viking funeral with touch of flame.

With maximum subclass armor and Radiant Skin equipped, you could live a Golden Gun shot. With The Ram, you no longer need to choose Radiant Skin to survive and can instead choose Song of Flame or Fireborn. This kind of survivability has been around on Sunsingers since the start of the game; the only main difference is when someone runs The Ram in conjunction with Radiant Skin, which gives them around 31 extra health. The only thing which makes it so great is that it counters the current meta weapons, that's it. If those current weapons weren't so damn broken and the game was balanced from the start, nobody would be complaining about The Ram.

What you are saying plays right into my argument. The fact people use the ram on a sunsinger is evidence alone of its op. Your litteraly throwing away half of the exotics perks because of HOW good the ram is.

I mean, Thorn isn't taking a damage nerf and will require three shots to kill which is still overkill even if you have The Ram..Depending on how badly Red Death is nerfed it may or may not impact the TTK of that weapon.
