Never judge a person unless you have walked in their shoes. I have blasted Deej on his lack of play time. He came out and admitted he's a filthy casual. I still believe he needs to experience the same as us to understand what we go through. That being said I'll admit Play time does not make you a bad CM. they do have some work to do though. Announcing a major weapons change and then not being able to safely fix XUR is BS.
