I get what your saying, but it's an exotic, so wearing it means you can't use obsidian mind for unlimited nova bombs or heart of the praxic fire for extra grenades. However, remember it's not just extra armour it gives you you can also melee to regain health on voidwalker, the combination of the two abilities make it OP, but it's useful in PvE just as much as in PvP, so I'm going to keep using it.
