To be honest all they need to do is change the titan melee on the defender to be on hit instead of on kill problem solved

Well just be glad you are not in blade dancers shoes with melee. When a titan uses melee and doesnt kill something with it it does not consume the melee charge. Blade dance on the other hand, if you dont kill them you still lose the charge. But granted, blade dance melee upgrades i think are better. But i agree to buff titan melee :)

It's the same with the striker melee. Ironically stormfist does literally nothing helpful in pvp. The only thing is transfusion which doesn't proc unless it's a kill, and the first punch won't kill and burns the charge.
