If you could pay up front for ALL future content (including CE stuff), would you?
I'm curious if you guys would spend a significant amount of money - let's say 300 or 400 dollars up front for all Destiny content. It would be a situation where you'd end up saving long term but Bungie/Activision is guaranteed a huge premium up front. Maybe if they threw in some special reward for this group it might help too (shaders/other cosmetic exclusives) every few months. You would also get ALL the content. None of this "...well you have to buy the collector's edition to get that..." nonsense - ALL Destiny content.
This would just be an OPTION - a kind of season pass for people who don't want to pay for little bits and pieces as time goes on and maybe get exclusive cosmetics and permanent Bungie store discounts while they're at it (like how Marvel Unlimited works).
I don't have an opinion on it one way or another but the idea did occur to me so thoughts below.
Edit: I'm really surprised that so many people actually like this idea. BUNGIE/ACTIVISION, maybe you should think about doing this?

1 ReplyI realize that everyone is entitled to their opinion. I find myself to be a huge supporter of this game, although I think the rep gain in Iron Banner has either been scaled back or bugged this time(that was a side note...) To my point. Given the track record of what was delivered and been changed, I think that I will wait to buy the DLC/s. I need to see how Bungie holds to their promise vs delivered product before I can commit. I bought Destiny and both expansions together. I am overall pleased with the content, but there are other videos that show what these installments should've been. It leaves you to wonder, what will the future DLC/s be if only 2- 5% of the community pre-order?

Difficult to say. If there were incentives like savings and ingame cosmetics. If Destiny 3 has a PS5 version I'd need a free upgrade too. :)
