No it shouldn't be a bannable offense. It should just get fixed and people can move on. The more witch-hunting publicity of swarm grenades and without punishment to those players, the more inclined people are to learn about it and do it themselves. It's still not very effective for many players in the PvP realm despite its hyper exaggeration on these boards. But it just needs a fix that's all. I can see how my point helped support your case but in the bigger picture it doesn't, allocating resources to hunt and ban players vs just fixing it back to its intended use is more productive in the long run.
