I don't think it should be banned. I actually think it's cool that there is a counter attack to it that can give you a super instead. If you [i]are[/i] good at Destiny, you could see the giant risk in using Swarms and that it [i]can[/i] be evaded or countered. I had used them earlier in Trials to build a barrier between me and my opponents. It effectively blocks doorways and can now be used as a scare tactic. It's not nearly the crutch that Thorn is.
