They didnt ban for cheesing and that was an exploit

Pretty sure Bungie has only banned people for playing with a modded console, network manipulation, backing out of ToO (short ban).

Cheesing isn't ban-able. Cheesing faster way to do things in the game using mechanics to your advantage no where in the terms did I say I could not push aetheon off a cliff that I'm able to fall off of , or jump across the bridge and swing my way across. Bungle should have checked every aspect of their game before releasing :)
