Solution: Young Ahamkara's Spine should give double grenades and non guardian kills grant super energy. Along with every piece of gear that has ashes to assets it should be a Non-Guardian kills.

They wouldn't do that because then the glitch would still work in PvE and Bungie doesn't want to make Hunters the most over powered PvE class.

Ahh nice observation, I didn't really careful think for the PvE side of things. What to do, what to do.

Maybe Bungie will just find a way to fix the bug. I mean I love swarm grenades because they're good for blocking off areas, but now I can't use them because people will think I'm abusing them with the perk

It would only be a sense of you having helmet with ashes to assets and the spine together. Since you don't get any use of the spine with the swarm grenade other than the perk just don't use the spine.
