It's not a bannable offence because it's something that's been around since the start. Just stay away from swarm grenades and if you trigger them then run like hell. Should people be banned from crucible for using the titan bubble exploit? No. If you play smart and outsmart your opponent.

It's a glitch, not a mechanic. Bungie has banned pvp cheaters before, just as they will now.

The glitch is bungie's fault, so people shouldn't get banned for something Bungie messed up on. I tried it out and it didn't even work for me, so I'm guessing it only works half the time.

You have to have two ashes to asset perks stacked for it to work. The point is, bungie has banned people for similar offences in the past, and they will for this one, too.

They can't ban people for bungies screw up.

Yes they can. They banned people for the heavy ammo glitch back in the day, Bungie doesn't like people cheating in pvp.
