You should know how hard it is to track before going bannable.
Then even if you did, why would you ban so many for that

No they can't. The only way is to ban everyone that uses Symbiote helm. What if I told that I like swarm grenades and to have 4 GG shots?

You don't even need Symbiote, it's not the only piece of gear. Hell, you could use 2 legendary pieces if you wanted.
