The hunter Gunslinger exploit should be a bannable offence because the play is knowingly use a bug, glitch, whatever you want to call it to gain and advantage over the other players in game. To me that the definition of cheating therefor bannable.
Edit: This community is one of the worst communities ever. "Oh let use the broken game mechanic to our advantage because we suck at the game and can't play legit because we are horrible people"

6 RepliesIt's not a bannable offence because it's something that's been around since the start. Just stay away from swarm grenades and if you trigger them then run like hell. Should people be banned from crucible for using the titan bubble exploit? No. If you play smart and outsmart your opponent.

6 RepliesYou can't ban someone for playing the game. Bannable offenses are obvious e.g. lag switching and other networking exploits. Banning someone for using this hunter 'bug' is similar to banning someone for exploiting the heavy ammo bug - I'm saying this and I don't main a Hunter. Just wait for Bungie to fix this, likely this week's patch.

8 RepliesEdited by Bum2879: 6/14/2015 9:09:27 PMQuit -blam!-in crying about it. You're just making it worse. It's bungie's screw up. They shouldn't screw the people that paid for their game because their coders can't do their job properly They need to fix it. Now. That way people can't complain I why is it that nobody complains when exotic weapon have "hidden perks"? Is this rally that different? Granted, it's a little more powerful than it should be but the idea is pretty much the same. If anything, people should just be calling for a nerf. Not a banning
-
Everyone who said no is abusing the glitch in order to do better in ToO
-
If people can be banned for doing a heavy ammo glitch they should definitely be banned for doing a instant super glitch. Instant super is worse than instant heavy
-
I want to try this
-
1 ReplyThey temp ban for people leaving but have not done crap about this shit that's been around for sometime... Hurry and nerf skolas...
-
10 RepliesOP are you retarded LOL. Bungie can not ban anyone for the mistakes they have made with the game (if it is a mistake) your edit makes this thread even more ridiculous than it already is.

You told me you loved me Why did you leave me, all alone Now you tell me you need me When you call me, on the phone Girl I refuse, you must have me confused With some other guy Your bridges were burned, and now it's your turn To cry, cry me a river Cry me a river-er Cry me a river Cry me a river-er, yea yea

To all the people saying No... You are all so moronic... Let's use monopoly as an example... There is no rule in monopoly against stealing money from someone else... But that is blatant cheating... I suppose the creators of monopoly should have explicitly stated no stealing of money from anyone else... And because they didn't that makes it ok to do? Seriously get your head out of your ass people... I shall continue to report every scumbag who does this in crucible ^_^
-
Op sad puppy.
-
It's bungies fault and they should be the ones banned.
-
I do it when the anyone I'm playing against does, have only tried it a few times so far. I honestly have gotten less overall kills than i do on my reg blade dancer set. It's annoying but bungie would be nuts to ban people for it. I'm sure they will patch it Tuesday anyway
-
Anyone who does the thorn glitch should be banned. Anyone who uses last word should be banned because sometimes it glitches and does extra precision damage while ads. Anyone who purposely dumps their sniper ammo for final round should be banned. No but seriously this grenade isnt going to suddenly make shit players start going flawless. The grenade is terrible

2 RepliesCan someone refresh my memory on what this exploit is, exactly?
-
As a Hunter my self I find it increadbly unfair constant 3 kills unless you suck is no fun for the other team
-
Unfortunately more than half the community has not read the terms. Any exploit or cheat in a competitive environment (crucible or ToO) is up to bungie to punish or not. Hopefully I cleared some things up.
-
2 RepliesI hope they fix it soon but not bannable. It's not a glitch. People didn't get banned for using the shoot to loot heavy ammo in pvp this is no different. In fact this isn't even nearly as bad.
-
2 RepliesEdited by Zebros: 6/15/2015 12:45:03 AMHow is no the overwhelming winner? This needs to be removed from the game ASAP. It has the ability to ruin the crucible.
-
6 RepliesHello little girl. You must be lost on the internet. The barbie forums are somewhere else. I'm sure you can make a squeaker whiney poll there and get the love and warm and fuzzy support that you are seeking.

-
5 RepliesBoohoo, use it to your advantage. Wear a helmet with ashes to assets, dodge their grenade, throw your grenade at their grenade wall, get full super, Nova bomb them
-
2 RepliesI hate it. Been victim to it many times. HOWEVER Hats off to those discovering this and mastering it. It's within the bounds of the game. It's not a bug, it's not a glitch, it's not cheating.it annoys the hell out of loads of us but the facts remain. If This is not what Bungie intended they'll just change it just like they did with Solar-nades on The Templar. Nuff said, deal with it.
-
2 RepliesThat is on Bungie to fix. The player is just using a in game exploit that has been used for awhile now. Just like the old infinite self rez that warlocks had.
-
1 ReplyEveryone is stupid No you should not be banned because of using swarm grenades Holy shit its been here since week one Cry a river, build a bridge, and get the -blam!- over it So tired of cancer, so tired.......
