Is this helmet available in RNG?
The ISTANU-GNT Razor helm for the Warlock was the first Crucible legendary helmet you could get from Lord Shaxx and it was my favorite helmet. Unfortunately TDB made it obsolete and I made the mistake of dismantling it. But with HoW letting you upgrade with etheric light I want to find this helmet again.
Which brings up an interesting topic: should the Vanguard and Crucible vendors circulate gear they've had in the past? I think it would be a great idea.

I'd love to see some of the old gear and weapons. For now, it appears vanilla engrams are the only way to get vanilla gear/weapons and those are only rewarded in the Tiger Strike playlist.

This helmet was from wayyyyy back in vanilla destiny sold by the crucible, I don't think it's obtainable anymore.

I bought destiny 1 week after the dark below was released. After seeing a vid of all the nice armor the vangaurd and crucible sold I was super pissed because it was replaced

Yep, I have it. I got it from the crucible handler back before the first dlc came out, I'm just waiting to pick up an etheric light so I can wear it again. (ill equip it if you want me to)

Yes it is still available in RNG. If you do vanguard tiger and if your lucky enough you can get blue engrams from the end of the strike and it has and it has a chance to become a vanilla legendary piece of armor. Only the blue engrams or legendary engrams from the end of the strike though not the ones you get from killing enemies

I secreted mine just a week or two ago. Did know about changes in the game since I haven't played since November. :(

I've said stock should rotate for months now. There's plenty of armor out there, let the players be creative!

You can get it if you run lvl 18 and 24 strikes and get a legendary engram
