When I was new to Destiny I thought...
What was your noobish mistake? Mine was thinking that AR's where better than hand cannons.

I'm on patrol cosmodrome back at 2014 and when blade of Crota spawn I was like wtf does that mean.... And I see a yellow knight with a sword ready to -blam!- my ass,I screamed lol

-gets first vex after getting a NLB and running through VoG with nothing but blue weapons and truth- -blam!-ing piece of shit I got a -blam!-ing primary fusion rifle -blam!- this shit. I'll never get a good primary. Little did I know. [spoiler]i didn't dismantle it was thankfully. Took it for a spin, loved it. Now I've gotten 5. This week is only the second or third week I haven't gotten it. [/spoiler]

I thought the subclass upgraded itself played most of the story mode without upgrading my gunslinger subclass...i thought man this game is impossible...my i found out about it almost at the end of the story mode and thought wow its super easy now that i have selected the upgrades lol.

Impact reflected actual damage per shot. Instead a hand cannon with more impact than a sniper does not perform the same

They used to be as effective. The Suros was a monster and prob the best overall gun in the game. Now it gathers dust.

Hey same here, except with pulse rifles instead of auto rifles. At first I couldn't STAND using hand cannons (mostly due to low RoF and high recoil), but now I almost always use TLW in crucible. That or bad juju.

I thought the loot was going to be crazy and epic, but then it just gave me increased agility and allowed me to use an extra skill from my subclass. :(
