What is the best class and sub class for vault of glass I'm trying to solo it

The game forces you to have at least 4 people on Atheon (or you'll die in the portal) Unless you could kill him before he teleported you (you can't anymore) you'll die. Edit: Minimum is infact 2. Self res warlock can bypass the teleportation.

6 RepliesSolo the whole thing or just atheon? Because you are not even going to be able to open the vault solo. Defend the confluxes? Not really going to happen soon. Oracles will be impossible to do solo and then the templar. Atheon is the only soloable part and the video I watched you needed to have a sunsinger and bad juju to get your super up quickly.

First, you can't solo the whole vault, so right now don't consider it solo, second, Titan defender and Sunslinger, hunters are only good for the Gorgon part, but the rest is way too hard with them.

The mechanics in vog mean you can never solo it to the end.

I'm pretty sure Bungie specifically designed it to be super hard, if not impossible to solo.. Crota on the other hand is different.

14 RepliesIt's impossible to solo. I think you need at least one other person to access the Gorgon's Lair. Plus, you'll need a second person to hold the second relic at the Gatekeeper CP. Nevermind defending the Confluxes. Atheon you can solo without using Fireborn. You have to climb the rock formations to the left and you'll be outside of Atheon's reach when it comes time to TP. There are a number of vids on YT.

Sunsinger warlock. Good luck trying to manage two relics while defending the conflux at Gatekeeperrs, though. The vex will probably trap you in the second gate while you're trying to juggle both relics back outside anyway.

To have a chance I would think you need a defender with helm of saints for conflux that way you just protect 2 at a time. Then warlock at Atheon
