Why are males circumcised at birth?
Why do we allow body mutilation upon those who are unable to consent to it? You can't un-circumsize someone, so why not let them choose?

1 ReplyI've always wished that I could still have my foreskin. However my wife works at a urology clinic and she says that they deal with a lot of cases where the foreskin has become a problem. They still perform circumcisions even on adults as treatment. So either she is right and circumcision is healthy and recommended or there is something seriously wrong with this area of medicine in the US.

A long time ago... A man bet another after a long night of drinking that he couldn't cut the tip of his Johnson off. After much thought the man won the bet... but never forgave the person who set such a wager... After years of thought he decided to get revenge on said man, sadly he had already passed. The man broke down merely a husk of his former self. It was then decided that if his wrath had no place to go, a home for it he'd find. Spending his last year's searching for people he could convince to mutilate themselves in the same manner... So... That's basically it... Just a long line of revenge for a bad bet...

9 RepliesI'm uncircumcised. It increases my sexual pleasure. I haven't been told it looks gross. It's not like there's extra skin just dangling around when it's hard. It just covers the ridge so you don't have that bare flesh which looks gross imo. So you people who are calling uncircumcised dicks gross can all go f[u][/u]uck yourselves.

Eh. I don't think it really matters that much. Some people say that circumcision leads to wanker malfunctions, but I can guarantee that it works fine. Some people say that it takes more work to keep a non-circumcised one clean, but as ling as you have basic hygiene you should be fine. In the end, it comes down to personal cosmetic preference, or religious beliefs.

It's symbolic of the old covenant if I'm not mistaken. Circumcision decreases the penis's sensitivity resulting in increased endurance. So that's a plus, I guess. Not to mention it keeps your dick from looking like a slug.

Much of it is tradition and religious, but it is healthier (reduces likely hood of UI). And i have yet to met a girl (or guy) that said they liked the look of uncircumcised....sooo talk that as you will
