3 Words. 12 Man Raid.
Does anyone else agree that a 12 Man Raid would be possibly the most epic battle in the game. NOW I know that alot of you are skeptical on how the connection and servers will work but that's not for us to figure out that's for bungie to discuss and figure out. Now this is just a creative Idea I thought it would be cool to share. Just think about 12 guardians taking down a huge ahamkara. It would be boss don't you think!

Edit 2 : I want to thank everyone for commenting your thoughts whether it was positive or negative it would be great to see this trend for awhile because many of us have different outlooks on how we want to play the game.
Edit 3: 2 fireteams of 6 handle there own levels until the final boss it becomes 12 on 1, That's how I see it.

Yup Being able to figure out the raid mechanics that would require 12 people? Nope I remember trying to figure out a raid encounter in world of warcraft. It was more time out of my life than I would never want to consider contributing to a computer game ever again.

12 man war zone sounds better. Fight off armies of fallen, vex, ect.

I think it would be too much... Well that and I hate destinys in game chat, it's too quiet, and PlayStation private chat can only hold 8 people (dunno about Xbox)

That's too many people. In theory sounds fun, but it would be a cluster -blam!- of everyone talking over each other. I think a 3 or 4 man raid would be fun.

The only way something like that would work is if you start it up and the final boss spawns immediately because no way can 12 randoms work together long enough to figure out a whole raid

I'd really like to see them actually do something with the squad leader position. Maybe he gets to decide which of the three split one way and which of the three split another kind of deal.

Why would there be network issues when 40 man raids were common 7 to 10 years ago. I don't get the connection arguement.
