Close Captions (sub-titles) need some adjustments.
This is not just a D2 problem, I see this everywhere, but the CC or subtitles work well except for all the times they do not. Times they do not work when listening to the hologram communications where the colors colors collide, when for some reason the screen is all white like when your blinded, or when a toast appears. The toasts are the worse because your seeing text on text. Personally I would prefer to see a small icon where the ghost icon shows during communications that can then be accessed at one's discretion. This would solve A: losing what is happening in the story because you can't read what is being said, and B: I can actually see what toasts say. Yea sometimes they are not important but occasionally they do. That also fixes the issue where one or more toasts pop up so quickly you can't read them.
This should apply to everything but when CC are on, that section of the screen should be only for CC (some youtube channels pain me because they put important text or captions for when someone is quiet right where the CC normally are (And then there is videos by Youtuber Tom Scott, which never put important information in any of the 9 CC locations YT supports and colors the text based on something such as speaker shirt color. Imagine getting purple when Zavala is talking, red when Lord Shaxx is talking, green for drifter, etc...(there are a lot that purple works best for matching to what they wear))). There should also be, or have the option for a black background to help text stand out.
I really help someone at Bungie testing test and plays with no sound on.
