Voidwalker? Anyone?
Every time I see mention here about Warlocks, it seems like we only have one subclass because all that's discussed is Sunsinger. Does anyone run Void regularly? I have both, but Void makes me feel like I'm contributing more since I have a Super I can actually use and not hoard away as a pocket rez.

I only run Voidwalker. It's so destructive with the Bloom perk.

I hate having to reserve my super but i do what I have to in harder game modes. But if the mission is less risky (night a nightfall or hard raid) I'll run voidwalker. Love my obsidian mind.

I like using bad juju and obsidian mind with void walker. Super like every eight kills is pretty bad ass. Only time I use sun singer is on nightfalls.

I hate using sunsinger. I feel worthless with radiance and I barely use it so I run around with a full bar. Voidwalker for life, it seems more destructive in every aspect of the game to me

Voidwalker is for pvp and doing bounties. Sunsinger is for everything else.

Yup. I run it with my lovely Obsidian Mind and Brad Juju combo. Nova bobombs all day suuuuuun.

Void is y I made my warlock. I had gotten the juju bounty n got obsidian mind from xur n that made me make a novabeast. I'm working in my sunsinger but I prefer void

The thing I have a problem with is people seem to think sunsinger is only good for rez. No one seems to think out of the box.

I try to run void as much as possible, sunsinger only feels useful for self revive and it's starting to bore me.

Sunsinger in Nightfalls and weeklies, voidwalker everywhere else. Voidfang essential when playing crucible, especially rumble for that grenade at spawn perk. Obsidian mind the rest of the time. Praxicfire for running sunsinger for the great buff to radiance.

2 RepliesI go through phases. When i first started i thought sunsinger was crap and i only picked a warlock because i was a warlock in beta before it got overly popular. Then i used sunsinger and never used voidwalker. Now i use sunsinger for bounties and nightfall only. Maybe hard vault. But honestly there is no point in using sunsinger on hard Crota because if i die the overspill comes so i just dont die

I like void walker especially for pvp but your main reason is a weird one? You do realise sunsinger creates the most orbs the easiest out of any of the 6 subclasses. Just because you have self res doesn't mean you have to die to use your super. You can even turn on radiance and shoot things with any gun and you still get your orbs... So using void walker to feel like you have contributing super is a terrible reason.

I use it for VOG because it just nukes the centre conflux I really only use Sunsinger for nightfalls and PVP [spoiler]I just can't find a real good exotic for Sunsinger that works with my setup, but I might try my spines[/spoiler]

Voidwalker in HM Crota without apothesis veil and energy drain restores health. Helps with Light Beyond Nemesis very well.

I really like Voidwalker especially with my Obsidian Mind but Sunsinger is so much more useful. I only really use Voidwalker during Patrol missions or Daily Story missions.

Void on strikes, stories, and sometimes VOG. Its like the striker class on titans for me. I prefer the Defender and Sunsinger class for more of nightfalls and Crota raid. More "TEAM" oriented goals. Seeing as the bubble and the self res are clutch in more dire straight senarios.

Voidwalker supreme and master of warlocks. Sunsinger is crap and boring. Voidwalker all the way baby. Bring that obsidian mind and bad juju combo so we can have super immortality. Voidwalker > sunsinger

I use voidwalker most of the time. Especially in PvP. Sunsinger is for the raids, nightfall, and heroic usually. At least that's how I play. :)

Voidwalker with Obsidian mind makes the exclusion zone much more bearable to farm for glimmer.
