Guys playing as girls
Is anyone else creeped out by this? I have yet to meet a legitimate girl gamer and think that they are all dudes in disguise. IMO

Shit, I just picked Chun-li in street fighter, I must secretly be a creeper who wants tits and long blonde hair. Oh crap, I played Metroid when I was a kid, I think I need counseling! Dear lord Lara Croft makes me want to braid my hair! People just need to get off their high-horses on this one, my in-game character is NOT supposed to be me. It is a fantasy, if I want to be a robot, an orc, an elf, a dog, a cat, a man, a woman or a sentient piece of shit it doesn't mean that's me in real life. Some people like to get creative when making a game character, live the life of another person because I sure as hell can't shoot fireballs out my ass in real life and playing boring old me in every video game I play would defeat the point entirely. If you're that "creeped out" by people in a fantasy game making unique characters then you're putting to much emphasis on who's behind the screen and not the game itself. Please just grow up and let this tired old argument go.

I have yet to meet a legitimate murderer gamer and think that they are all people that have never shot a real gun in disguise. IMO Ok, I've bored myself. The point is, Destiny is actually all make believe! Can you believe that? It isn't real! But, some people use video games (and other forms of entertainment) as an escape or a way to let their mind travel! I played as a Tomb Raider one time that happened to be female. I had a female and male Commander Shepard in Mass Effect. It's all about experiencing a new world through a new set of eyes. The real problem isn't how people choose to play, but that how we choose to play has NO effect on the game itself. Choosing an Awoken should've been completely different when we visited the reef.

I know that I want my character to resemble me that's why I chose a female character. Sometimes I like to tuck my weiner back and put on my mom's dresses.
