Spent $75 total on a game that I've spent more than 300 hours on.
Anyone else completely satisfied with this game? I'm loving it.

Destiny is on sale for $30 on Amazon.com right now. If I bought the standalone game today I would get my money's worth in its current state. This game is well worth thirty bones when you consider how bad it was and how far it has come since launch. But then again, I'm pretty content with having paid full price and been a part of the Day 1 adopters. We have basically beta-tested this game since it released (in some ways we're still testing) and for as much as I groan at the thought of the "story missions" and having to throw away all of my precious, grind-tastic old gear recently, I still really enjoy the way this game plays right now. I feel like I'm a part of a great, sometimes kinda cranky, but mostly passionate community of people who just want to see this game be all that it can be. That being said I feel robbed by the $20 DLC. Most of the "extra" content (maybe even all of it) was on the disc. Does that make it ULC (Unlockable Content)? Otherwise I am genuinely addicted to this game and I love watching it grow.

Anything more than 1 hour:1 dollar and you cant complain. Thats generally the accepted content:cost ratio for being a good value game.

I was having fun... Then i spent $39 on the dlc $80 for xb live and then $80 for the game. And now, its fun but very very repetitive and very boring after a while

Money has nothing to do with it. The story was just boring, and huge disappointment. Other than that, fun game. But DLC was not worth $20

I play because I already spent my money and I can't get it back but this game has been a huge disappointment.

2 RepliesAbsolute rip off. Think how much money you could have made if you worked those 300 hours. Instead of being in the red by $75, you wouldn't just be in the black, but rather in the green. In all seriousness, I enjoy the game too and have put in plenty of hours, but for what it's worth it's all just a video game and doesn't mean anything in the long run.

I like Destiny, I'm just mad I have to spend double the money because I paid for my two games in reverse for the consoles. I find it completely bullsh*t that I have to spend more when I already have it paid for on my account.

Bungie keep it up and bring more creativity to the game play!! I am so sleep deprived at the moment - been playing till late most nights since I got this game!! :-p btw yet to really put effort to do Raids!

I spend way too much time on this game, and it's actually fun. The changes they have been making really are good by the way. I hate them at first but then i get to likely the choice

I know I looked the other day and saw I had 450+ hours and that surprised me but I do like this game. It does have flaws but the base mechanics are so good I keep coming back

While I'll admit the game is extremely grind oriented and there are plenty of things that could do with changes/fixes, I still have fun. The gameplay is just kind of addictive.

I'm happy. A lot of what I do is redundant but just fun enough to where I still enjoy it. However, I NEED MORE STORAGE SPACE BUNGIE!!! Ok, got that out of my system.

I have around 10 days logged so far and I've never been more satisfied with a game purchase. I look forward to playing it every day.
