I had a theory about the Apothesis Veil
related due to other posts about Gorgon Mythology.
The warlock helm looks like a polished shield or mirror.
Today we tested the theory and our
group saw the warlock standing face to face without being spotted.
Gorgons did not see warlock when wearing it. This has been tested twice with the same result.
I would like others to test this theory as well.
As an alternate means to validate.
On my next warlock run in raid I will record a clip.

Heard that if you don't look at the Gorgons when they spot you, like look down, the Gaze won't kill you. So, when I fell off the big rock doing the "up and over" method I landed right next to a Gorgon and looked down. Not only did I not die, none of them could kill me. So, I smoked one of them and started working on a second one. My fireteam was rolling watching up on the rock, and when someone tried to get in the mix, the Gaze on him wiped the team. Was I glitched? Or is it legit that they can't kill you if you don't look at them when the Gaze is popped? I dunno. Just sharing what happened...
