Xur sells TLW so that Iron Banner won't be damn UNFAIR !
Xur selling The Last Word and next week is the Iron Banner event, coincidence? I don't think so. Even DeeJ said in a podcast that Xur's item's aren't randomly picked.
Believe me, I played a couple of IB matches last week when it went up accidently.
I -blam!-ing owned -blam!-ing everybody with my maxed out Last Word!
It was just easy mode. Puff Puff Puff, dead. Oh you're LVL 29? with a Suros? You're dead.
Do you think it's a good idea to give everybody the last word to [b]balance[/b] iron banner or do you think it destroys the exotic feel of it? Also i find it kinda boring if everybody is forced to play with that gun.
[b]And no I'm not pissed that Xur sells it. I'm actually happy that everybody can enjoy this beautiful hand cannon, so stop spamming bullshit.[/b]
So guradians pick up your Last word and max it out as fast as you can, when you don't wan't to get reckt in Iron Banner next week!

I got it from a raid chest a little over a month ago, and before then I just couldn't find my niche in Crucible. TLW, knives, and trip mines has made me fall in love with the rumble playlist. Iron banner is going to be awesome as well :)

2 RepliesI think Thorn's gonna pop some skulls. People underestimate it. Obviously Hawkmoon will dominate on PS, but for Xbox Thorn has the range to outclass TLW in many scenarios. After playing with TLW for a bit last night I have a feeling most of the players who use it are going to miss, cause that thing is inaccurate as hell. Full auto doesn't mean a thing if none of the shots hit their mark.
