Now you're contradicting your self. The reason you can play destiny on your Xbox 360 is because bungie/activision didn't want to exclude last gen owners (wanted more money). So they lowered the system requirements and didn't put things in the game that would challenge the last gen consoles capability.

No no no I feel that a full game with all the content taken out could easily be ran on 360 just on lower graphic settings.
