Are you sure it's error code BUDGIE? I searched for it on help.bungie.net and no results came up. However, I searched for BUNGIE and got multiple results. I'd appreciate it if you checked again just to be sure.

Absolutely positive it is "BUDGIE". I even looked it up because I know that most error codes are labeled as animals or insects. Apparently, a budgie is a type of parrot. Truly mind blown at this point. I can take a picture and email it if necessary.
