Bungie have said Old Chicago is in the game, so it's likely a Earth Beta map, or maybe just a map of old Russia. Or none of the above, who knows.

Have they for sure said OC is in the game? I remember the concept art, but don't remember them confirming it as a playable space. I'm okay with admiting I could be wrong though. :)
