You shouldn't wish for a president to die in office. Nor should you not feel bad about it. No matter what it is it is human life. Just because someone doesn't share your political views doesn't mean you should not care if they die.

Obama, yeah I would be sad about it. However there are other political figures I wouldn't mind seeing drop off the face of the earth.

Of course. As any reasonable person would. He is the President, yes, but more than that... he is a person. Death is a sad thing. Regardless of how a person feels about his policies, saying you wouldn't be sad if he died is just... well, I'd go so far as to say it makes you a horrible person.
