My nephew had a hard time saying my name so he started calling me Co Co. He's 5 and I'm still Aunt Co Co.
Totes okay with it.

That's kinda funny. My nephew has an aunt named Jessica. He took to calling her CaCa. I don't know what your previous association with that word is, but mine is poop. Not even two and he's already a master level troll.
