Please bring back unlockable cipher slots on exotic armor
I don't know why you had to remove it Bungie, it's just a plus +3 stat increase, it's was good and useful

2 RepliesIts actually built into the masterwork, before masterworking added 12 stats, but now its 15 stats. They did say that exotics were getting a tier system, which will have the overall stat amount closer to the current T5 armor. (75) I have no idea when the exotic armor is getting updated though.

Because all non-class exotic armor is Tier 2 until they release the stat update.
