Outbreak Perfected Catalyst
Completed mission on Legendary. Looted chest. Finished all 3 exotic quests. Went to reshape weapon and it says Disease Vector requires purchase???? Looks like this has been a known bug for over a year? Waste of time completing all of the quests and mission. Other person in group received the catalyst and I didn’t. How is that possible? Please fix this bungie.
