Cross Save Deleted Account
I have Steam, Playstation and Xbox linked in my Bungie Cross Save. I still use Steam and Playstation, however I deleted my Xbox account a while back because I had 2 accounts and decided to go back to using my original account from when I was a kid. I would like to switch my Bungie Cross Save to my other original Xbox account, but it won't let me. I even tried deactivating Cross Save so I can set everything up from scratch after the 90 day wait period, however even that won't work because it wants me to authenticate each account. There is absolutely no way I can do that, or will ever be able to do that since the Xbox/Microsoft account is deleted and unrecoverable. I would like to reach out to Bungie support for help with this, but I can't find any contact information outside of making a forum post..

Hey there, this forum is the correct place for queries such like this. There are no contact channels for account, linking or cross-save support as they are generally all covered by policy. As of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink platform accounts from a Bungie Account. Even if you could authenticate the account, and could deactivate cross-save, there is still no way to unlink the XBox account. Bungie are not making exceptions to this policy and will never manually unlink an account on their end.

Since March last year, it's no longer possible to unlink accounts (except Twitch).
