Whisper Triumph still not working.
The triumph for completion under 13 minutes as stated still does not work. This seems to be an issue that does not get resolved and I am curious why that may be. It seems like some junior programmer can easily fix this issue. If the triumph is worded incorrectly, please fix it. If it is indeed supposed to be under 13 minutes, fix that so it is recognized. I just ran the whisper mission on expert in 12 minutes 38 seconds, and it did not award the triumph. That kind of thing does not inspire a lot of confidence. I request that this be fixed. Thank you.

Not required for any other Title and doesn't grant any cosmetics, so there are higher priority problems to fix.

Realistically, its likely bottom of the pile priority given its been so long (It's been bugged since 2024) alongside the same triumphs for Zero Hour also being broken.
