Sorry Marathon hasn't worked out. Now can you please get back to making this the best gaming franchise ever.
Project payback would have been a massive win. Getting rid of the class's in order to be able to spec into anything means less class drama and way less balancing issues.
Please nerf the Void warlock scatter grenade spam in PVP with the auto tracking seekers that then create more seekers on kill. Sure it's a cool build in PVE but no way should it be in PVP.

2 RepliesEdited by 尺ㄖ几丨几: 3/18/2026 7:49:28 AMMarathon is generally doing good so far despite I played it it’s not too bad but, in my opinion tho it has some reviews that are good look in my opinion since Destiny 2 gets boring a lot and I’m not into Destiny 2s PvP since it’s too toxic I generally find Marathons PvP to be less toxic despite I know it can be hostile but it’s still fun and I like teaming up with my friends just chilling and fighting on extraction shooter. Also, the scatter grenades don’t need a nerf because despite I know people use them for PvP, PvE players also use it for meta void builds in GMs and Ultimate in my opinion but I understand your feedback sorry you don’t like marathon and its gameplay I understand with your feedback and opinion to be honest with you.

It’s not my type of game son I haven’t brought it but I do appreciate it nonetheless. It doesn’t have to be the best game ever or have the highest player counts to still be a good game and a success. The player base will be smaller than other games purely due to how hardcore it is. Instead of throwing resources at D2 they need to bite the bullet and give us a D1 remaster, D2 with all vaulted content back and then just get in with a D3.

17 RepliesIt makes way more business sense to improve marathon over destiny unfortunately. While not great marathon seems to be performing well on steam alone and with improvements it could see a stable player count and even growth with a good few years of healthy profits. Destiny 2 is what 8 years old with an incomplete story and missing content. It has major deep rooted problems and hasn't done well for years. As much as I love destiny 2 it's time for bungie to move on as it can no longer make a good profit long term or sustain a studio long term.
