The Gambit shaders are practically unobtainable.
There are too few players, so matchmaking doesn’t work. I can only play one or two matches per hour. Please either increase the shader drop rate or provide an alternative way to obtain it.

And Bungie is going to use these numbers as an excuse to justify saying "nobody's playing Gambit." Ignoring the fact that the reason everyone stopped playing in the first place is because Bungie themselves stopped supporting Gambit.

1 ReplyI use to go hard every season in Gambit. Back when they had the season weapon, shader and emblem. I would Gild the title as well. Than EOF provided nothing for Gambit sadly… So i disappeared with it. Maybe someday they will give it some action. But tbh thats just wishful thinking at this point with the state of the game

I actually enjoyed gambit… just wish they hadn’t abandoned it

Loot or not, gambit is better than lawless frontiers. The invasions are more interesting when the outcome of the game can be swayed by it. It was a bad move to soft sunset gambit just because the new activity is similar.

It's the same for world tab crucible. I want those year 1 weapons for my collection, but I keep getting mongoose errors. The few people I run into in rumble are either cheating, or AFK farming. The loot (old weapons and cosmetics) should be added to the corresponding tower vendors as permanent offerings that we can buy with glimmer and enhancement cores.

I have found that console players get matched easier than steam. The getting mongoose all the time is a pain. Specially when your 7 out 8 guardians. Just wait a few more minutes pls.

1 ReplyIf bungie put tec sec/smoke armor in gambit or even made the existing gambit armor have set traits , or at the very least put all the content in the game in the portal

That's just sad to hear I have the gambit shaders, and they took a lot of runs to obtain, I used to play it not too long ago before EOF, when I was a free player, during heresy and a little bit before that I rarely use them though, unless you were a long time player, your customization options are very limited, and most looks and gear are old, or similar in design, not exactly hot stuff
