Too many raids. Time gated getting triumphs/titles done. Having to wait six weeks for your raid to cycle back in was insane. Even when they changed it to two weekly raids there's only demand for a few legacy raids anyway. Also made irrelevant as all pre-DP raids are farmable and even DP can be farmed for lower tier legendary drops.
