Chromatic Fire - Precision final blows needed?
Hey Guardians! Im trying to make a build with Chromatic Fire & Praxic Blade. Can any kinetic final blows proc the elemental explosion or do they need to be precision? The description reads like precision buffs the explosion but it's not needed for it. Thanks!
