Lost PS Account
I started playing Destiny on a PlayStation account that I no longer have access to. I never enabled cross save because I had lost access to the account before it was implemented and it has a single Titan with like 30 items in it's vault so I wasn't too worried about starting over. It's mostly just an annoyance to have third party sites like DIM and Winnower.garden sign in to my PlayStation Titan with no items and having to manually select my Steam account every time I want to use them. Is there any way to unlink the account without access to it? I'm not even sure it still exists. My time played on PlayStation is everything prior to Season of Defiance. After Season of Defiance is all on steam.

Since March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the PlayStation account in question will remain linked. We recommend reaching out to them to attempt to recover the account.
