cross save problem
Greetings everyone. I have this very special problem about cross-save
Yesterday my Pc motherboard went bye-bye. Since I have PS5 I thought there should be no problem, just log in, setup cross play and play on ps5.
Well that wouldnt be me if there werent any complications with me. You see my account (this account) has been hacked in summer 2022. I recovered it in January 2024 and just played on my steam with 0 problems. Now it seems like I cannot setup cross play. There already is a character on my PS5 and it wont let me choose my steam characters.
Also it always wants me to authenticate every time I wanna magically make the cross save work.
I dont know if my account being hacked has to do something with cross save not working properly.
At this point im not even worried about it not working I just wanna know some answers..

2 RepliesHello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] To activate cross save, you have to authenticte all linked accounts. If you have other accounts like Xbox or Epic linked they will need to be authenticated along with your Steam and PSN. If you are still having trouble with all of them authenticated, try clearing your browswer cache/cookies or an alternate browser. Make sure to disable any/all privacy/ad blockers while doing so. If that does not work try using the companion app.
