I seen weeks ago there would be a bump to support players -blam!- after being out in the cold for a bit. Didn't play or reach lvl 27 in the pass for last season. I didn't but, I still haven't gotten the bonus. I asked in an email and it was deleted. I have asked daily on the help x account and have been ignored. What needs to be done to fix this?
