Ok I might be dumb but the junk vendor is giving me nothing like absolute nothing not even the random garbage I’ve seen other get it just consumes my currency and that’s it is he bugged or did I miss something

Same for me….. I spent 20k on him and gave up. Such a waste of time, as is most things in this game.
