Anti-barrier needs a massive buff.
Wish-ender can just barely break barriers in time before they just drop the barrier anyway.
Legendary HCs have no chance.
The only good option to break shields with is either the DLC sniper, or Praxic Blades. Who would’ve thought.

If you're running Techsec armor I would highly recommend Malediction legendary handcannon. I know it's all older gun with the Wild Card origin trait but it takes 2 shots to break barrier shields and it's kinetic.
