Hey there, Bungie will not respond unless they require further information or intend to overturn the ban. The appeal does not say it may not be reviewed, they do get reviewed. But you may not see any sign of the review; in the case of an upheld ban, there will be no change, Bungie are leaving the tickets open. If you've waited more than 6 weeks then you should assume the ban is being upheld. Apart from the above advice, no on here on the forum can assist with a ban appeal, it cannot be expedited or escalated.
