When completing exotic contracts, I am sometimes getting a level 10 exotic armor piece with the level 300 exotic armor piece. Is this intended or is this supposed to be the cyan crystal drop? The cyan crystal is supposed to drop from high level contracts and after having completed dozens of exotic contracts and continuing to get a second low level exotic I believe this to be bugged. I have yet to see a cyan crystal in game or any proof that anyone else has gotten this crystal either.
