I know most Guardians aren't paying much attention to Bows as they have been power crept by the sheer enemy density in recent content, especially Lawless Frontier. However, I have noticed that something feels "off" about Bows and their damage. The provided video is mostly raw footage from the Shooting Range (on Ultimate difficulty) and isn't organized in any specific manner. Mostly just trying to illustrate that Energy Bows are hitting significantly harder on precision hits than any Bow in the Top Slot (Kinetic, Strand, Stasis). I took notice when Bows, even at adequate Power, were not able to secure a kill on Rank-And-File precision hits. All Artifact mods were disabled, on Prismatic without any Aspects, tried to make sure Bows did not have any Damage perks. Do note that there is a Power variance occurring when switching between some Bows, I'll try to infuse them up for testing later and provide additional footage both inside and outside the Shooting Range. From the looks of it, Kinetics are doing more damage as intended though it seems to be variable. While I do remember that the damage profiles of Top Slot and Energy Slot used to have differences in damage, it's changed a few times now and I'm not sure it was this much of a difference.
