REPRO STEPS: Step-by-step instruction list on how to reproduce this bug, try to be as succinct as possible: 1. Complete Heliostat in Ash and Iron (Owned season pass) 2. On Master difficulty, collect all catalysts and intrinsic traits, (In order: 1st Catalyst, 1st intrinsic, 2nd catalyst, 3rd catalyst, 2/3 2nd intrinsic, datapad for catalyst 4, last for 2nd intrinsic, upload datapad for catalyst 4, final intrinsic). ACTUAL RESULT: Only catalyst available is Attrition Orbs. Others are locked due to "Requires Purchase" EXPECTED RESULT: All catalysts should be available
